Wu Long tea is a variety of tea prized by the Chinese for the delicate taste and artisan skill required to produce its subtle flavor. Although by some it may be considered a fusion of green tea and black tea, its taste is something all together unique.
The nature of the Wu Long tea process requires experienced Wu Long producers to stop the fermentation where they believe the best flavor may be achieved via manual roasting. Our Wu Long is tasted by experienced Wu Long tasters.
